Our office is staffed with personable, knowledgeable personnel available Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM to schedule your appointment. We accept appointments from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM. We are closed during lunch from 12:30pm to 1:30pm.

In most cases, your appointment can be scheduled in less than two weeks. We can also accommodate emergency or urgent care on an as-needed basis.

Our Locations

We have two convenient clinic locations: 3450 East Fletcher Avenue in Tampa and 26827 Foggy Creek Road in Wesley Chapel.

Directions

Our Fletcher office is located at 3450 East Fletcher Avenue, Suite 350 in Tampa. We are two blocks east of Bruce B Downs at the intersection of Fletcher Avenue and Magnolia Drive.

Our Wesley Chapel office is located at 26827 Foggy Creek Road, Suite 104. From I-75 exit onto state road 56, Turn left onto Cypress Ridge Blvd, turn right at Ridge Brook Drive and turn right at Crestover Lane.
