Nalin J. Patel, M.DDr. Patel is one of only a handful of multiple fellowship trained Board Certified Otolaryngologists in the United States. He is Board Certified in Complex Pediatric Otolaryngolgy and in Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery. He has held positions in the past as an Instructor in the Department of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery at Johns Hopkins Medical Institutions and an Assistant Professor in the Department of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery at the Medical College of Wisconsin. He is currently a Collaborative Assistant Professor at the University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine, Department of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery. He served on national committees (Young Physicians Committee, Speech and Swallowing Disorders Committee) through the American Association of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery, and currently serves on the Education Assessment Committee, Patient & Professional Relations Committee, and Socioeconomic Committee thru the American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy. He has been an invited lecturer for the Pediatric Otolaryngology Sections for the Osler Board Review Course giving lectures to ENT physicians who plan to take the national board exam for certification. He has also published many peer reviewed articles. Dr. Patel specializes in Pediatric Otolaryngology, Laryngology, and Otolaryngic Allergy problems in children and practices at our Tampa and Wesley Chapel locations. He performs surgery at Tampa general Hospital, Advent Health Tampa, Tampa Children’s Hospital (at Saint Joseph's Hospital - Main), and Tampa Bay Surgery Center in Tampa..
